What the company does.
Kasaman Mining Company Ltd holds and operates mineral titles in northern Zambia and works across the Muchinga and Northern provinces. Zacolite is the flagship export line. Alongside it the company produces copper and cobalt ore, gold, bulk ores, strategic metal concentrates, gemstones and industrial minerals.
Exploration, mining, processing and export are held in one company. Buyers deal with the producer, and every lot can be traced from the packing list back to the pit.
Output goes to Zambian and regional manufacturers, to refiners and trading houses in Asia, Europe and the Middle East, and to gemstone dealers and collectors.

Sampled, assayed and certified against the specification agreed before production starts.
Safety
Induction before first shift, daily hazard briefings, issued protective equipment, recorded incident review.
Environment
Rehabilitation planned before a pit is opened. Topsoil retained, runoff controlled, no mercury used in gold recovery.
Community
Written agreements with host communities. Local hiring first for site roles, with a named liaison contact.
